This hidden gem offers a heartfelt tribute to traditional German home-style cooking, serving up what many guests affectionately describe as authentic “Hausmannskost” – the kind of honest, comforting dishes that evoke memories of grandma’s kitchen.

The cuisine here is simple yet profoundly satisfying, focusing on quality over quantity. The menu doesn’t overwhelm with endless options but instead presents a handful of carefully prepared specialties that celebrate regional flavors. From tender pork, succulent lamb, to uniquely prepared goat specialties, each plate is a celebration of rustic craft and time-honored recipes. Ein echter Geheimtipp! Gute saubere Küche, ohne Klimbim. Geschmack wie bei Oma. Eine Verlängerung des Wohnzimmers. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder.

Echte Hausmannskost die man hier bekommt. Sehr sehr lecker.

A taste of home. If you on a hike then you should definitely consider stopping here for a meal. Meals are generally affordable. - It's cash only and they don't speak English so make sure to have your Google Translate ready. They are very friendly.
